Books Left Unfinished

As a avid reader, I can’t sit here and say that I have never left a book unfinished. I’ve been reading for way to long and honestly some books are just so hard to finish. So here is my list because I am not ashamed!

Aristole and Dante Discover the Secrets of The Universe by Benjamin Saenz: This book was just boring. I loved the friendship Aristole and Dante were building but they were more like two 16/17 year old not two 12 year old. It felt as if Saenz was building something from nothing because there didn’t seem to be any real problem or issue with the two.

Guardian of the Dead by Karen Healey : The idea of this book was great. I actually really liked the mix of mythology, cute girl at boarding school and crazy people. It was just not put together very well.

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame- Smith I was extremely disappointed in this book because it was so good until chapter 20. After that point it got way to repetitive and boring. One moment he was a vampire hunter then he doesn’t want to do it anymore then he remembers why he was doing it. I was like come on. . .  seriously come on.

These are the only three books so far in the year that I haven’t been able to finish. Thankfully, the list isn’t long but I feel bad at not completely these books because they have potential.
